'Watcher master' is the framework and library for dynamic loaders & modules.

In its basic form it does the basic blacklisting and whitelisting by manually maintained lists in the master directory.
The 'master' is the basis for the WatchLG & WatchMX modules.
Dynamic loaders for 'SpamHaus' & 'NixSpam' are included at no charge.
